            Abstract : 
According to the problems existing in aluminum electrolysis control system at present, this paper presents a feed forward PID controller with two free degree. The controller has satisfying tracing and noise-preventing features, which cause the electrolysis to work optimally and thus increase the current efficiency, decrease energy consumption, and improve the control effect to a great extent. This has great significance in improving the quality and quantity of aluminum
