Abstract :
This is a report on the most recently distributed version of Tecolote´s Microwave and Digital Cost Analysis Model. Begun in 1992 under an Air Force contract, and then taken under Navy sponsorship in late 1994, the model is currently in its fourth release, which we have been calling “MADCAM 96”
