Abstract
In this paper, a new control method and driver circuit are proposed to improve nail collator. Developed nail collator can meet various nails. The control system of collator circuit based on programmable system on chip (PSoC), integrates with both Program Logic Controller (PLC) and programming Human/Man Machine Interface(HMI/MMI). The control system implements the control strategy. The proposed method and novel driver circuit are proved effective by experiment. Comparing with traditional nail collator, the new nail collator has advantage of high efficiency and low cost. Control strategy of nail collator is flexible and meets various nails. The design and implementation of nail collator controller with high performances is reached.
