Abstract :
In response to industry power motor cannot directly starting and stopping issues, a new type intelligent design of soft starter is proposed in this paper. Intelligent soft starter design principles based on 89LV52 single chip is articulated. The hardware circuit design, software flow design and test data analysis are given in details. By producting in Zibo Galaxy high-technology development co., Ltd. it shows that this smart soft starter has the characteristics which are flexible parameter setting, intuitive liquid crystal display, diverse starting way, precise current limiting protection, accurate protection of lack phase, low-cost. So it has broad application prospects.
