Abstract :
Synthetic aperture radar (SAR) is a type of radar capable of generating very high resolution images of ground based objects and working independently. For the problem of INS/GNSS integrated navigation system this paper fuses a sensor of SAR with it to improve its independence, fault-tolerance and navigation precision. The simulation results prove that SAR advances this system´s performance. Meanwhile, the attitude stability of SAR antenna is enhanced. SAR images and the integrated system´s precision are improved. So INS/GNSS/SAR integrated navigation system is of high performance with high fault-tolerance
