Abstract :
SNOMED is a conceptual model to describe the medicine data, and CDA is a half-structurized model proposed by the international medical service organization HL7 for the clinical documents, which realizes the correspondence between the different medical unit and system. This paper proposes a set of rules to realize the conversion between SNOMED and CDA, and has proven this kind of conversion rule feasibility through the experiment and the practice application.
