Abstract :
According to the unique characteristics of hub motor, this paper is about designing a stable and precise control strategy to realize ABS regulation of EVs. Also, in wheel electric motor torque is the only source to slow down the EV, which is known as the electric brake. This paper involves the AMESim co-simulating with Matlab/Simulink to develop and test the ABS control strategy, which provides better handling to hub motor directly driving EVs.
