Abstract :
Ultrasonic detection is widely used in the area of non-destructive testing system of wood intensity. In this paper, after analyzing the principle of the ultrasonic detection method of the wood modulus of elasticity, we have proposed a scheme which is based on Texas Instrument´s DSP (Digital Signal Processor) TMS320LF2407. This DSP provides an efficient solution to computational complexities of the scheme thereby making the system faster, accurate and reliable. We have developed the detection circuits and the control program, the whole control system has been employed in a real online detection system and the expected result has been obtained successfully.
