Abstract :
SaaS service uses Internet to provide software service for customer. SaaS service not only brings the price down, but also creates a new method to update information level for enterprise. The interactive service execution engine proposed in the paper is a new platform implementing SaaS model. This engine, which is built on a SaaS software model based on interaction and status transition, targets a high efficiency multi-tenancy supporting and configurable individuation SaaS service. The prototype system is mainly composed of Interaction Executor and Status Manager, interaction manager and human task manager.
