Abstract :
This paper propose a novel fractional-order sliding mode control (FSMC) scheme to realize the adaptive control of a class of fractional-order nonlinear complex systems with unknown parameters. The system is perturbed by model uncertainties and external disturbances, we assume that the bounds of both model uncertainties and external disturbances to be unknown in advance. The effects of dead-zone nonlinear inputs are taken into account. The stability of the closed-loop system is demonstrated by using fractional version of the Lyapunov function. A simulation example is given to verify the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method.
