Abstract :
The Five-axis CNC Machine are widely used with machining accuracy more and more higher. However, the tool compensation in Five-axis linkage CNC Machining can´t be solved effectively with the aids of the existing solution methods. In this paper, a new tool compensation algorithm module is proposed on the basis of the existing tool compensation theory, which is verified by computer simulation.
