Abstract :
Bush is one of raw material for biomass fuel in China. Crank speed is an important parameter in the design of bush reciprocating cutter. A reciprocating single blade cutting test equipment was made in this paper. One factor test was done to study its influence on maximum cutting force of bush. Other tests were done to study the interaction of cutting edge angle and crank speed, as well as sliding cutting angle and crank speed. It is found that: The crank speed has significant influence on the bush cutting force and cutting surface. There is certain interaction between crank speed and sliding cutting process.
