Abstract :
The design and manufacture of large airliners, with its long research time, complicated technology and high research fee and risk, is a large system engineering. It needs the cooperation of various departments and can bring difficulties of the product data management. This paper studies the product structure constructing and managing approach in consideration with the Module Theory which is usually adapted by European and American aircraft manufactory. Combined with the development features of China´s large aircraft project, we established the product structure tree based on the configuration items.
