Abstract :
Pulp moisture intelligent detecting experiment equipment is a new type of pulp moisture content detection methods, rotary detection head plays sensor in device function, with experimental method established rotary detection head pulp moisture content in the delta and the detection speed pulse P and head of the relationship between digital voltage V detection model, through the speed can be measured detection head indirect measuring pulp moisture content or concentration in engineering field, thus can process of production and solid-liquid two-phase suspended Non-Newtonian fluid pulp achieve real-time online moisture content of high-precision detecting.
