Abstract :
A monolithic circulator junction has been fabricated on a single-crystal Sc-doped Ba-hexaferrite film transferred onto a silicon substrate. Operation of the circulator has been measured at Ka-band for both above and below ferromagnetic resonance (FMR). The circulator junction is operational even when the ferrite substrate is partially magnetized.
