Abstract :
The performance of error correcting coding (ECC) in audio watermarking system is researched in this paper. The conclusion is that ECC can effectively improve the robustness of watermarking against most audio signal attacks when the error rate of uncoded scheme is very low, but any ECC cannot enhance the watermark robustness against de-synchronization attacks.
