Abstract :
CSI Phase II, currently under study, encompasses the mid- to far-term frames and will employ new commercial SATCOM technologies to address evolving user needs through a range of emergency environments. The authors provide an overview of the CSI Phase II program and give the status of current efforts to develop the CSI Phase II system architecture
