Abstract :
A forward simulation model of the energy- saving concrete mixer with hydraulic technology based on Matlab/Simulink is established in this paper. Parallel connection of hydraulic brake module and mechanical brake module is presented, which realizes the high recovery efficiency of brake energy on the premise of ride comfort and safety of the braking process. The simulation results show the effectiveness of this control strategy in improving the fuel economy by making full use of the high power density and the large charge/discharge property of the hydraulic accumulator.
