            Abstract : 
An adaptive generalized predictive control method based on variable delay parameter identification is proposed in This work to control time-varying processes with dominant and variable delay. The method obtains the control rule by regressive prediction of the system directly and avoids solving the Diophantine equation. Simulation results have confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed method.
