Abstract :
Aimed at the basic characteristics of target on sea, this paper has identified the system with dual-video input, which is based on the pipeline patterns of eight TMS320C6416T-DSPs and extensible structure of image processing recognition system. The system takes a complex programmable logic device(CPLD) and TMS320F2812 compose the front image sampling part, Through XINTF, F2812 puts the conversion results of its ontop ADC to CPLD, at the same time TMS320C6416T is built to process images that are finally displayed by the monitor. The software takes the structural and modularized programme, which is easy to expand and maintain and can meet the needs of the various video sampling. Through improving the Sobel and Hu invariant moments algorithm, the software enhances the capability of detecting and identifying the suspicious target.
