Abstract :
A 6th order 10.7 MHz bandpass switched-capacitor ladder filter achieving 58 dB signal to noise ratio is presented. The filter is based on an operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) that presents both good accuracy and high slew-rate. The use of several techniques minimizes the capacitance spread. The passband ripple is less than 1 dB. The IM3 is -40 dB for a two tone input signal with a power of +3 dBm power level each. The chip was fabricated in a 0.35 μm CMOS process.
