Summary form only given.This paper is talking about compute clusters , grid and cloud infrastructures with examples of Distributed European infrastructure for Supercomputing applications and Partnership for Advanced Computing in Europe(PRACE). The paper also describes DEISA system architecture,service layers, UNICORE access infrastructure, the distributed user management , production environment, all together forming virtual European supercomputer center.
