Abstract :
The networked control system based on redundancy switched industrial Ethernet has been the developing trend of industrial control system. Considering the characteristics of data and information in coal mine safety supervision system, novel network hierarchy architecture based on improved protocol model for coal mine safety supervision is presented, which is compatible with IEEE802.3 standard. Having the redundancy ring network as one connected by hierarchy, the end-to-end communication delay was calculated and analyzed. Time delay, packet loss and priority policy were examined in experimental scenario. Testing result shows that the architecture of network protocol presented can provide the deterministic end-to-end delay and effective priority support.
