Abstract :
This paper presents an efficient motion segmentation and tracking method of moving objects of intersection monitoring. A moving objects segmentation algorithm based on change detection and static image segmentation is proposed. Multiple objects tracking algorithm fuse feature level tracking and Hausdorff matching to organize features into object level for providing more robust tracking. Very promising experimental results indicated that the algorithm is effective for segmentation and tracking multiple objects for intersection monitoring.
