Abstract :
This paper focuses on bistability in a class of simplified double-negative feedback loop with positive autoregulations (DNFLPAs). The existence criteria of multiple equilibriums is established and the stability conditions are derived for each equilibrium. The effect of each biochemical parameters on bistability is explained. At last, several numerical simulations are carried out to deepen our analysis.
