Abstract :
The power system is seriously polluted because more and more electronic devices are used and lots of harmonics are injected into it. A novel strategy on which system does not produce any harmonics is brought about. It is named as switch-linearity hybrid technology (SLH). In this technology modulated PWM source, LC filter and linear power amplifier based on different topologies such as B or AB sorts are used. The typical topologies of SLH are listed and analysed. The typical characteristic is that system produces sine current response if system is emitted with sine voltage. In order to overcome the shortages of SLH, a compensator is used, especially to deal with the narrow operating area of power switch components. Lastly, a series of experiments is carried out to prove that SLHs are of the characteristics of few harmonics and robustness on bounded disturbance inputs.
