Abstract :
This thesis makes a study of a high-frequency buck power management IC of synchronous rectifier type. It integrated all the active power switching parts, including control circuit and drive circuit of the convertor, and it has better properties such as high power consistency, high efficiency and small size, etc.. The operation frequency of the switch reaches 5 MHz, and the transfer efficiency of the system reaches 90.65%.
