Abstract :
This paper introduced a modified fast motion estimation algorithm. In this algorithm, integer transform and motion vector predictor, search range, reference frame and the relativity of coding block modes are considered as a whole. The experiment results indicate that it can save more encoding time while maintaining coding efficiency.
