Abstract :
After the promulgation and implementation of the"Bidding law", China launched its Tendering system, which plays an important role in promoting bidding activities on the standardization, ensuring quality, enhancing economic efficiency, preventing and controlling corruption. However, corruptions are still extensive and outstanding in the area of bidding. This article proceeds from current bidding situation and problems in China, applies the game analysis theory to the tenderees, the bidders as well as the audit departments. Finally, the recommendations are drawn to subsequent supervision before, in and after bidding on the basis of the aforesaid analysis.
