Abstract :
An experimental set-up for in vitro impedance spectrometry in the frequency range 1 Hz-10 MHz with the four-electrode technique has been developed. Example of results obtained on different tissue samples taken out from sheep are presented. Two electrical models which allow one to mimic electrical behavior of these tissue are proposed
