Abstract
The effect of full absorption is explained by the appearance of the coupled wave resonance. This effect can be explained in the thermoelectric photodetector of the laser radiation or for the design of the high-directional and high-sensitive antennas in a microwave band. In this case the dielectric grating operates a matching link between impedance of vacuum and impedance of flat the metallic surface.
