Abstract :
Reconstruction from 2-D contour sets to 3-D surface may encounter point correspondence problem. In our 3-D radiation treatment plan system, marching cube algorithm is applied to accomplish the reconstruction, avoiding the point correspondence difficulty. Optimization is done to accelerate the computation to make it practical for use. MC is also extended to 2-D situation to obtain the dose isolines, getting good performance
