Abstract :
The control of geometrical parameters of a welding optical fibers place is carried out by a focusing method of a sounding cross beam. The parameters of the form determining losses of optical capacity in the place of welding of optical fibers are considered. The algorithm of the measured image processing of fiber welded connection, distinguishing fiber cladding contours and fiber core axis is offered.
