Abstract :
The existence of the equilibrium point and global exponential stability of finite distributed delays neural networks with reaction-diffusion terms is studied. The sufficient conditions were obtained by utilizing the theory of homotopy invariability, Dini´s derivative, F-function and extended Hanaly´s inequality, without assuming the boundedness, monotonicity and differentiability of the activation functions. The method, which does not make use of any Lyapunov functional, is simple and for the stability analysis of the class of neural networks. These conditions are easy to check and apply in practice and can be regarded as an extension of existing results.
