Joint Purchasing of Retailers under Protection of Cost Information

Sensitive information has become a bottleneck between the cooperation of enterprises. So protecting the sensitive information of enterprises is an important problem to promote enterprises´ cooperation. Joint purchasing can decrease enterprises´ cost, but cooperative enterprises are unwilling to provide sensitive cost information. So how to decide the quantity of joint purchasing and the price of joint purchasing for cooperative retailers and suppliers? Some secure protocols based on the basic mathematical agreements are designed to solve the quantity and the price of joint purchasing under the protection of cost information and a simple example is illustrated. The results show cooperative enterprises can achieve the decision of complete information sharing under the protection of cost information by the secure protocols.
