Abstract :
This work investigates the gain coefficient in the Coulomb scattering of the relativistic electrons in the medium region of a circularly polarized electromagnetic wave. This study focuses on the stimulated bremsstrahlung and absorption by a relativistic electron scattered by a nucleus in the light wave field.
