            Abstract : 
In this paper, expression methods of fuzzy dynamical model on discrete system are presented, based on which a kind of design method on fuzzy state feedback controller is also given and its stability is discussed. In addition, a kind of design method on fuzzy state observer is also given and its stability is discussed.
