            Abstract : 
A modern road weather monitoring stations system in Poland was shown. A new communication and data visualization standard for that stations system was designed. It enables user to collect data from the stations by Internet or mobile technology. Software for the system is based on J2ME, WAP and GPRS standards. The proposed tools enable weather data viewing and managing from every place at every time
