Abstract :
The VHDL-AMS language provides an excellent opportunity to build a model of piezoelectric actuators. The model comprises the mechanical and the electrical characteristics of piezoelectric actuators. It is designed to be used in electric and mixed signal simulations and it is applicable on varying actuators.
