Title :
Input-Parallel and Output-Series Modular DC-DC Converters with One Common Filter
Author_Institution :

Abstract :
Input-parallel and output-series (IPOS) modular DC-DC converters with one common filter are presented in this paper. Compared with that with a separate filter in each modular cell, this type of the IPOS converters has less number of inductors. So many advantages can be achieved, such as low cost, high efficiency, rapid dynamic response and so on. Although the full-bridge converters are chosen as the main research objects to discover the characteristics of the IPOS modular DC-DC converters with one common filter, the research conclusions can be extended and applied to the circuit structures of the two transistors forward converters, push-pull forward converters etc. The interleaving techniques are adopted in the control strategies. The proposed scheme is verified by the experimental results.
