Abstract
A biisotropic medium is an optically active medium that may be applied to develop devices with new physical properties. In this paper, resulting from the solution of a complicated boundary problem, the high frequency properties of 2-D and 3-D biisotropic objects are investigated, and the physical properties of these objects are revealed and analyzed
