Abstract :
A tool to perform traffic analysis for simplex HiPPI links is described. The motivation for this tool, referred to as the HiPPI link data analysis system (HILDA), is to perform real time traffic analysis of very high speed data traffic. HILDA is also capable of error insertion and real-time data extraction. Finally, HILDA acts as a HiPPI interface for a host computing platform. HILDA will sit on the VME bus of a SUN4 host
