Abstract :
TLS has been in practical application since the mid-to-late 1990s. it is ideal for applications where highly accurate, 3D spatial information is required. 3D building models are now necessary for urban and regional planning and it makes the planning process more comprehensive and more transparent for all involved parties. the aim is to acquire, process and integrate point data into a centralized Geodatabase. Developing the methodology for intelligently reducing the triangular mesh without loosing important details is an important part of the conducted research work. integrating this data into a geospatial database provides the common data access and management framework that enables you to deploy GIS functionality and business logic wherever it is needed in desktops, servers (including the Web), or mobile devices. With this architecture you have the tools to assemble intelligent geographic information systems and can perform dynamic analysis. once established these databases are easy to update and can fulfill the need of interoperability.
