Abstract
In this study, the RT-queue was applied with the right-time concept of the orchestration so the business process can be completed according to the schedule. In order to do that, the time composition is added to the data exchanging type SOAP message of the Web service, also the queue was put on the SOAP message to establish the priority of the timeline which means processing the messages that are close to the deadline first in order to improve the orchestration performance of Web service. Therefore, multi Web services for the purchase order management scenario of the vehicle parts are made as a end-to-end process flow through the BPEL also it is experimented by designing and building the system.
