Message from TPC chairs

Welcome to COMSNETS 2014! The technical program this year consists of 36 regular papers. We received a record number of 209 paper submissions from authors in 22 countries. After an initial round of filtering (e.g., out-of-scope, insufficient technical content), 149 papers underwent a rigorous review process, with each paper receiving at least 3 reviews. 65 TPC members from academia and industry all over the world provided the reviews. The reviews were followed by a thorough on-line discussion among the TPC members, based on which the final accept and reject decisions were made.
