Abstract :
Electronically controlled non-inverting and inverting precision rectifier circuits employing a CMOS three outputs operational transconductance amplifier, two MOS transistors and two grounded resistors are proposed. The circuits have the attractive features such as, high input impedance, large input operating range from -600 mV to 600 mV, electronically controlled output, high frequency operation up to 200 MHz, good zero crossing performance, linearity, low component count, and suitable for modern IC technologies. SPICE simulations with 0.5 mm CMOS model obtained through MIETEC, are included to verify the proposed circuits.
