Abstract :
On the basis of the mathematics of two-phase hybrid stepping motor, a control system with current cut-off feedback for hybrid stepping motor is presented in this paper to solve the problem that the phase current decrease with increasing frequency. The system consists of a SCM, some special integrated chips and a Programmable Logic Device (PLD). The system using special integrated chip and programmable logic device takes 8-bit single chip AT89C2051 as the control core and has the functions of constant current control, forward/reverse working, over-current protection and multilevel subdivided driving. The performances of the system are improved by applying the over current protection and current cut-off feedback.
