Abstract
In this study, we developed GNPs with various types of chemical surface features and evaluated how these features led nanoparticles to selectively bind to different target cell sites. Results showed that selective binding was successful in producing high concentrations in target locations. We also explored the potential application of these GNPs to enhance the cancer cell cytotoxicity induced by radiotherapy.
