Abstract :
Position control of a hybrid driven circuit breaker is presented. Hybrid drive is the association of an accurate servo controlled motor and a reliable spring operating mechanism. High accurate position control of the circuit breaker contacts is performed through high dynamic torque control of the motor. Both simulation and experimental results highlight excellent performances
