Abstract :
The detection of random signals using neural networks is studied. In comparison with some classical techniques, neural networks provide better performance for the cases studied. The neural network based detector (neural detector) is a backpropagation neural network with 3 layers which are typically referred to as the input, the hidden and the output layers
